- Rhys RAs a technical person, I can easily tell good tech support vs. bad tech support. For me, Tom and his team was more than good. He made time on the weekend to support us. His fees were appropriate for the work. His communication was impeccable. Over the past 30 years there have been times when I've been ripped off - this is NOT one of them. Trust in the tech support world is critical and Tom is a very trustworthy person.
